Brian Lawhead manages ABR’s Environmental Impact
Assessment Program and has extensive experience
in NEPA documentation (environmental assessments
and impact statements) and managing multidisciplinary
teams for impact assessments. His research background
includes multiyear studies of caribou and foxes
in northern Alaska, studies of seabirds and marine
mammals in southcentral and western, wolves in the
Nelchina Basin, black bears in Prince William Sound,
and bird migration in the Tanana, Susitna, and Copper
river basins. His NEPA experience has included petroleum
development projects, road corridors, mine prospects,
management of public lands, and military training.
