Natural Resource Specialist Support for the Central Yukon Resource Management Plan Environmental Impact Statement

ABR provided natural resource specialist support for EMPS, Inc., in developing a Resource Management Plan (RMP) for the Central Yukon Planning Area of the Bureau of Land Management. The ABR team assisted in formulation of alternatives and in the  preparation of an analysis plan for the EIS, prepared draft EIS sections (Affected Environment and Environmental Consequences) and a Biological Assessment for threatened species, and assisted in addressing public comments on the draft EIS. ABR specialists provided input on soils vegetation, wildlife, fish and aquatic habitats, climate change, landscape ecology, and ecosystem-based management and monitoring.
