Land Rehabilitation

ABR has been conducting land rehabilitation efforts in Alaska since 1976. Our botanists and landscape ecologists provide a wide array of services focused on developing rehabilitation strategies that promote integration with adjacent, undisturbed ecosystems, enhance habitat value for fish and wildlife, restore wetland functions, and are self-sustaining, reducing or eliminating the need for ongoing maintenance. Over the decades, ABR scientists have developed novel techniques to facilitate increasingly efficient and effective rehabilitation efforts in the context of Alaska’s unique vegetative landscape.
